Hello

Hi, I’m Adelaide Spencer. I’m originally from France but have lived in the U.S. my whole life. I studied Health Sciences and minored in Business at Northeastern University, always drawn to how the body works and how we care for it.

After college, like many others, I moved home during COVID—but life threw me an unexpected curveball. A serious car accident left me struggling with chronic lower back pain. I felt disconnected from my body and unsure of how to truly heal. That’s when I found Classical Pilates.

What started as a hopeful attempt to manage pain quickly became something much more—a way to rebuild strength, restore balance, and reconnect with myself. After two years of practicing, I knew I wanted to share this method with others. I earned my Comprehensive Classical Pilates Certification through Equinox in Boston and have since been teaching both private clients and group sessions in a sports club setting and at my studio.

Today, I feel incredibly grateful to guide others through this practice. My mission is to make Classical Pilates accessible, empowering, and welcoming to all bodies—so you can move through life with confidence, strength, flexibility, and ease.

Classical Pilates is a transformative practice that builds strength, improves posture, and enhances flexibility through controlled, precise movements rooted in Joseph Pilates’ original method. It’s an ideal way to connect mind and body, reduce stress, and develop deep core stability that supports everyday movement. At our studio, we are fully equipped with authentic Gratz apparatus—including the Reformer, Cadillac, High Chair, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, and Spine Corrector—allowing clients to experience the method exactly as it was intended. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced mover, Classical Pilates offers a powerful foundation for long-term health and well-being.
